Returns + Exchanges

 

We hope you love everything that you order from Juliet Jones, but if something isn’t quite right you are most welcome to return it.

Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within seven days of receiving your product. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

Juliet Jones reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return.

To return an item, please contact us to request a Returns Authorisation (RA) number, making sure to provide your order number and the name of the item/s that you wish to return. We only accept refunds/ exchanges when a Returns Authorisation (RA) number is granted. 

Full-priced items may be returned for:

·    an exchange where product is available, OR

·    an 110% credit of the original purchase price online (valid 3 months), OR

·    a full refund of your original purchase price excluding shipping costs.

Sale & Promotional items can be returned for:

·    an 110% credit of the original purchase price (valid 3 months), OR

·    an exchange where product is available.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is not available at the time of processing, you will have the option of receiving a refund or online credit. We cannot pre-order or hold stock for exchanges.

 

Refunds

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment (i.e. PayPal account or credit card used). We cannot refund to anywhere other than your original payment method.

Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

For returns of non-faulty items, the total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges.

Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping costs to send exchanges back (unless the product is faulty), however if you order using PayPal you may be eligible to claim back return postage costs - find out about that here.

We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment. We do not accept liability for lost returns. 

 

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Faulty items

Juliet Jones employs strict quality control measures for our garments, however if you do receive a faulty item please contact us and we will work to resolve it as soon as we can.
